You may return your watch within 14 days of the original purchase date if it meets the following conditions:

The watch is in its original, unused and unworn condition.

All tags, stickers, and protective covers are intact.
(If the protective film has been removed, we cannot accept the return as it violates our return policy.)

The product is returned with its original packaging, including the box, manuals, and accessories.

You can provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
